In a heartwarming incident in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a man was rescued by locals after slipping into dam water while taking a selfie.

The incident took place at Tighra dam in Gwalior and the video went viral on July 5.

Visuals showed the heartwarming rescue, showing a few locals plunging into the water to save the man, while others stayed on the bridge to pull him up with a rope. They handled him with great care, ensuring his safety as they lifted him from the dam water. He was ultimately rescued safely.
