In a valourous incident, a female railway protection force (RPF) official was seen saving the life of a woman who was trying to board a train in western India’s Maharashtra.

The incident took place at Bandra Terminus station in Mumbai city on May 31.

The visuals of the incident showed a woman who was trying to board a moving train that slipped at the step and fell in the space between the train and station. Train number 12907 sampark kranti express was departing from Bandra Terminus station from platform number 2 when the Railway Protection Force (RPF) female officer constable Antim Mandloy was then seen saving the woman in the nick of time and pulling her back on the platform.

The woman and her co-passenger continued with the journey and she sustained no injuries.
