Rescue operation successfully saves leopard in northern India

A leopard was successfully rescued from a house in northern India’s Haryana.

The incident took place in Sector 25, Faridabad city on January 14.

Visuals showed the leopard sitting inside the house. In another visual, a group of rescuers were seen setting up the equipment for the rescue. The animal was rescued and put inside the cage.

An adult leopard had entered the house of a family and was spotted by them sitting inside a room. The family immediately called the police and a rescue operation team rushed to the spot. After a five-hour-long rescue operation the leopard was finally saved.

The leopard was put in a cage and released into the forest. The rescue operation was led by Inspector Wildlife Rajesh Chahal.
