Two bulls rescued after they fell into a well in central India

Two bulls were rescued after they fell into a well in central India’s Madhya Pradesh.


The incident took place in Harri village, Shahdol district on January 20.

Visuals showed the rescue operation in full swing. One member of the rescue operation led by Gaurav Ralhi Mishra, the head of Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan, an NGO, went below into the well with the help of a ladder and tied ropes around both the cows’ bodies.

The bovines were then pulled out with the help of those ropes and brought to safety. According to a report, villagers informed the NGO after which they swung into action and rescued the bulls in an operation that took around four-five hours to complete.
