Violent clash erupts between YCP and TDP supporters in southern India
Chaos descended as supporters of YCP candidate Thaneti Vanitha and TDP candidate Maddipati Venkataraju engaged in a violent confrontation in southern India’s Andhra Pradesh.

As they spilled out, another group emerged, their demeanor tense and confrontational. Chairs flew through the air, propelled by the force of anger, crashing against each other with resounding thuds. Amidst the chaos, voices rose in heated exchanges, bodies intertwining in a whirlwind of conflict, each participant consumed by their own emotions.
Tensions flared between followers of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YCP) and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Nallajerla, West Godavari District, as the electoral race heated up ahead of the upcoming polls. The confrontation, reportedly triggered by simmering political rivalry, quickly spiraled out of control, drawing the attention of law enforcement.
Eyewitnesses recounted scenes of chaos as YCP and TDP activists clashed vehemently, resorting to physical altercations and vandalizing campaign vehicles parked along the central road. The situation took a dangerous turn as the confrontation intensified, prompting intervention from the police to diffuse the escalating violence.
