BSF soldier cooks egg in sun-heated sand amid northern India’s heat wave
In the searing heat of northern India’s Rajasthan’s desert, a Border Security Force (BSF) soldier has captivated social media with a surprising feat—cooking an egg using only the sun-heated sand.
The incident took place near Bikaner on May 24.
Visuals showed the soldier demonstrates how the sun-baked sand can cook an egg, and he peels off the outer covering and eats the egg.
Rajasthan is currently experiencing an extreme heat wave, with temperatures soaring above 46 degrees Celsius (114.8 degrees Fahrenheit) and expected to climb even higher. While these harsh conditions are forcing residents to stay indoors, BSF soldiers remain steadfast in their duties.
This incident highlights the extraordinary temperatures and the resilience of those stationed in such environments.
