A total of 5 buffalo were rescued after they had fallen into a dry well in central India’s Madhya Pradesh.

This incident happened in the Shahpur area of Muzaffarnagar district on May 17.

Visuals showed the buffalos inside the dry well. One by one, the bovine is seen rescued from the well by ropes secured around it.With precision and care, rescuers from the Atal Kamdhenu Gausevak Sansthan descended into the darkness, expertly maneuvering to secure ropes around the distressed animal. With a collective effort, the rescue team heaved, muscles straining against the weight as the cow was slowly lifted from her predicament.

The buffalo was later untied and it ran away as soon as it was freed. The rescue operation was conducted by the Atal Kamdhenu Gausevak Sansthan and it took place between  10:00 to 12:00 pm Indian Standard Time.
