Chilling moment speeding truck hits scooter, car after overturning and losing control in southern India

A truck lost control, overturned and hit a scooter and a car in southern India’s Kerala.
This incident happened at Munduparamba – Machingal Bypass on June 24.
CCTV footage captured the chilling moment when the overturned truck slid into the scene and crashed into the car and the scooter. The car was making its way out of the area while the scooter headed in the direction of the truck before both were rammed into. A man standing beside another car which was parked, was flung away by the impact of the collision. According to a report, the truck, carrying large steel rolls, was arriving from Palakkad and headed towards Kozhikode when this accident happened. Sankar, the driver of the truck had lost control of the vehicle as he was negotiating a downhill stretch of the road which led it to overturn and then crash.
The car into which the scooter rammed had just the driver inside. There was also only one man on the scooter, identified as Muhammed Shafi, at the time of the accident, who suffered injuries. Both Sankar and Muhammed Shafi were admitted to the Manjeri Medical College Hospital. Another man named Faseeh, who works at a nearby car centre, was injured in this accident.
