A significant landslide occurred on a National Highway in northern India’s Jammu and Kashmir region.

The incident unfolded at the entrance of the Pantiyal Tunnel T5 in Srinagar, on April 29.

Video footage depicted large rocks and small stones cascading down the mountainside.

A truck exiting the tunnel narrowly avoided disaster as a large rock landed just ahead of it.

The roadway was left strewn with debris, resulting in a roadblock.
