Leopard attacks pet dog at midnight in western India

A leopard was seen attacking a pet dog in the middle of the night in western India’s Maharashtra.
The incident took place at a garage located in Alephata on Kalyan-Ahmednagar road, Pune district on May 15.
Visuals showed the dog sleeping on the ground while a man was sleeping on a cot beside it. Suddenly a leopard was seen in the frame approaching the dog. The very next moment the leopard attacked the dog and took it away.
According to reports, the garage owner’s son who was also sleeping in the garage at the time of the incident was fortunate that the leopard did not come after him. Garage owner’s son Sudhakar woke up after hearing the dog’s scream but was helpless as he was alone at the garage that time and feared for his life.
