The incident took place in Babu Banarasi Das Government District Hospital in Bulandshahr district, video went viral on May 14.
The footage depicted family members of the patients taking charge of treatment by using mobile torches in the emergency ward.
As per the reports, the emergency ward of the district hospital is said to have uninterrupted electricity supply round the clock.
