The incident reportedly happened in Panthyal area, Ramban district on January 16.
Visuals showed stones raining down the hill on what seemed to be a tunnel on the highway. Massive blocks of rocks fell down and later, stones fell down as if they were raining from the top of the hill. The whole area was covered in a cloud of dust as this happened. It was learnt that traffic on both sides of the road was stopped.
