In a heartbreaking incident, a young woman attempted suicide by jumping infront of a train in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.

The incident took place in front of the Kerala Express train in Agra on May 27.

 

Visuals showed the woman stepping in front of the speeding train while her lover watches without intervening. The event unfolded at Lohamandi Raja Mandi Railway Station on Platform No. 1, following a heated dispute with her lover.

Remarkably, the woman survived the initial impact and was quickly rushed to the hospital by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) team, but she remains in critical condition. Authorities are investigating the incident further.
