Tragic! Loaded truck collapses in northeastern India
In a recent incident, a loaded truck in northeastern India’s Meghalaya collapsed amidst a bridge collapse.

The incident took place in Dimapara of West Garo Hills district on April 16 and the video went viral on July 9.

Visuals showed the concerning site of the truck seen collapsed on the broken bridge. A man can be seen struggling to get up and crawling to move to a safer location.

According to reports, there was a noticeable increase in the number of trucks transporting sugar towards the bordering districts of South Garo Hills and South West Khasi Hills, particularly during nighttime. These trucks are suspected of being destined for Bangladesh, raising further concerns about the extent of illegal operations in the region.
