Woman thrashes lineman with stick for cutting electricity connection in western India

In a bizarre incident, a woman was seen thrashing a lineman with a stick when he cut the electricity connection in western India’s Maharashtra.
The incident took place in Pune city on June 9.
As per reports, the woman had not paid the electricity bill for months after which the lineman arrived to cut the electricity connection. When the lineman, Vishwanath, climbed down after cutting the connection the woman picked up a stick and attacked the man on head and hand after which he fled the spot to save his life.
The lineman filed a complaint at the police station and further investigation is underway.
