Hero cops save passenger from coming under train in western India

A man almost slipped under a moving train while alighting in western India’s Maharashtra on April 18.

The incident took place at the Kalyan railway station in Mumbai.

CCTV footage features the man getting down from the train and slipping. He almost slides into the gap between the locomotive and the platform, with his head dangerously close to the track. Fortunately, alert RPF officials spot him in time and pull him to safety.

The alert Railway Protection Force (RPF) officials’ prompt response saved the man, averting a major tragedy.
