Man rescues calf after it fell inside well which had snake inside, in central India
by Surya PrakashA brave man from a rescue team saved the life of a calf that had fallen into a well after a scuffle with a cow in central India’s Chattisgarh. The task was more difficult given the fact that there was also a snake sitting inside the well.

The incident reportedly happened in Dadar Khurd Village in Korba district on February 7.
Visuals showed the man, who was later identified as Lalu, being lowered into the deep well by his partners and other villagers. He went inside the well and tied a rope around the calf after which it was pulled out. When down into the well, Lalu saw a snake inside but he didn’t panic and instead, completed his work.
The bovine was then seen being pulled out of the well with the help of ropes tied to its body. The animal was brought up to the land and he was untied, after which he ran off.
