Massive fire breaks out at air cooler shop in southern India

by Surya PrakashA massive fire broke out at an air-cooler shop in southern India’s Telangana.
This incident took place in Kukatpally, a suburb located in the north western part of Hyderabad on April 26.
Visuals showed the horrifying flames which broke out in the shop. The flames completely gutted the shop and only bits of its framework was visible. The fire raged on with a lot of intensity, giving rise to a massive amount of smoke as well. Later on, the aftermath of the fire showed wreckage everywhere with several items being burnt to ashes.
According to a report, the fire broke out at the air-cooler and spread to a tyre puncture shoo. The fire soon spread to vehicles kept near the Kukatpally traffic police station. Around 20 motorcycles and an auto-rickshaw were burnt in the flames and the fire brigade later arrived and doused the blaze. However, the extent of the damage caused by the fire is yet to be ascertained. The reason for the fire is also not yet found with a short circuit being suspected.
