Pack of stray dogs attack man in northern India
In a shocking incident, a pack of stray dogs attacked a man in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
The incident took place in the KDP Grand Savanna Society of Rajnagar extension of Ghaziabad on May 2.
Visuals showed the pack of dogs attacking the man and he is seen saving himself by chasing the dog with a stick.
According to the reports, Gaurav Malik, a resident of the eighth floor in Tower A of the housing complex, works for a private company. On Thursday night, as he made his way back to his apartment after parking his car in the society’s basement, he was suddenly set upon by a pack of stray dogs. Overcome with fear, he hastily retreated. In the commotion, the dogs managed to snatch his laptop bag and tear it apart, an event captured on CCTV.
Dharmendra Chaudhary, President of the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of the society, voiced concerns over the escalating dog problem. In the past week alone, there have been multiple reports of people being bitten by stray dogs, prompting children to avoid the park out of fear of encountering them.
